Product Sale: CSS Desktop, CSS Mobile, and DOB NOW Connect
Today we started work on installation, configuration, and training for CSS Desktop, CSS Mobile, and DOB NOW Connect. This sale means that in 2023 we’ve tripled the number of customers that use the full CSS product suite. As a bonus, the neighborhood where my customer’s office is located is rich with Arte Agora.

Today we published a new field guide to the CSS Mobile app and used it to train a dozen mechanics at a customer in the Bronx.

This week we held a review of our UpVate product set and developed a comprehensive plan for growing the business around allowing servicers to manage compliance in all units of government across the country.

Today I closed a sale for two of our products at a brand-new customer that services elevators in New York City and surrounding areas. The customer purchased licenses for CSS Desktop for the entire front-office team as well as DOB NOW Connect.
