Here’s some work we did at Civic Elevator on a system for pulling together the knowledge of geographically disbursed team members working across a dozen of newly acquired companies.
This is one of the most common initial instincts in any consolidation effort– we’re certain that pulling together the intelligence of skilled people and getting them to share can lead to gain.
