Today at I launched a plan for the creation of a “Collaboration Layer” for a large Civic Elevator customer. This consists of the implementation of MS365 tools, including email, intranet, shared drives, and all of the features associated with that tech stack.
The plan lays out in detail for how various users will use these tools, a complete index of existing technologies, and a roadmap for training each user.
